Puedes eliminar tu cuenta desde Más → Privacidad → Eliminar cuenta, confirmando tu contraseña, o solicitarlo por correo a [email protected] sin iniciar sesión. Indica el correo de la cuenta y el club; no envíes tu contraseña. Puedes usar el mismo contacto para solicitar la eliminación de datos concretos, incluidos archivos asociados, sin cerrar tu cuenta. Indica si solicitas eliminar la cuenta completa o sólo determinados datos y cuáles; las solicitudes por correo se tramitan manualmente por soporte.
La eliminación de cuenta borra la membresía de ese club y los registros asociados de drives, vehículos, chat y otros contenidos en la base de datos. No cancela automáticamente una suscripción gestionada por Apple o Google. La eliminación inmediata de todos los archivos almacenados y copias de respaldo no está automatizada en el flujo actual; las solicitudes sobre esos archivos requieren seguimiento por soporte. No se garantiza que los archivos o respaldos se eliminen al mismo tiempo que los registros de la cuenta.

You can delete your account in More → Privacy → Delete Account, confirming with your password, or request deletion by email at [email protected] without logging in. Include your account email and club; do not send your password. You may use the same contact to request deletion of specific data, including associated files, without closing your account. State whether you want to delete the entire account or only particular data, and specify which data; email requests are handled manually by support.
Account deletion removes your membership of that club and associated drive, vehicle, chat and other content records from the database. It does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple or Google. Immediate deletion of all stored files and backups is not automated in the current flow; requests concerning those files require support follow-up. Files and backups are not guaranteed to be deleted at the same time as account records.
You can start free in your personal space without a club, code or payment card, with 3 lifetime complete sessions, whether or not you use AI. To join a club, request its code; the club reviews your application. Active PCNM members have complimentary access within PCNM. Creating another club requires individual Pro.

Ein von Apple oder Google verwaltetes Abonnement wird dadurch nicht automatisch gekündigt. Die sofortige Löschung aller gespeicherten Dateien und Sicherungskopien ist im aktuellen Ablauf nicht automatisiert; entsprechende Anfragen müssen vom Support nachverfolgt werden. Es wird nicht garantiert, dass Dateien und Sicherungskopien gleichzeitig mit den Kontodatensätzen gelöscht werden.
